I’m beginning in the first lesson of winelovers.
First of all, Andrew receive a big hug and encouragement for these hard times your family are going through.
However, congrats for the lovely videos explaining all the parts for the introduction. They are very useful.
I’ve send the first activity about myself presentation through the submit answer…I’m a little bit shy…
but I think this forum-debate could be a fantastic site to share doubts.
I’ll do all the lessons without rushing but I want to end it before May, because I have a deadline with my WSET3 certification.
Winelovers would be an important tool for reaching it out.13/03/2021 a las 13:35 #2956

Hi, all of us.
First of all, sorry for my english!
My name is Lucia Mazo. I’m from Santander, Cantabria.
My family is the owner of an small wine and gourmet food distribution company. We sell wine all over Cantabria. Our main clients are restaurants, but also companies and final consumers. We have wine from a lot of spanish D.O. and I had visited some of the wineries we represent.
I am doing this course, because I need to improve my english for the company and I like very much wine.
Nice to meet all of you.25/01/2023 a las 22:12 #11341Lorena Fernández MartínParticipante

My name is Laura. I live between Barcelona and Penedès. I’m an Interior Designer and wine expert (WSET2), I want to study WSET3 next January.
I work doing tours and tastings with private American clients, with my partner at Donesvi, our business project.
On the other hand, I work as an interior designer helping people design their spaces in general and their wine spaces in particular and I collaborate with wineries to reflect the values of their wines in their wine spaces.
For all this I need to improve my English and my wine vocabulary.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew for this initiative and these special courses.
